The New York Mets have finally crawled their way back to .500 with a 2-1 nail-biting win over the Yankees.
Justin Turner along with Daniel Murphy provided the run support needed by R.A. Dickey, Mike O'Connor, Jason Isringhausen and Francisco Rodriguez.
Rodriguez looked the best I've seen him all this early season.
Of course it's been the Justin Turner show for the past week. He's now batting .364 and has a .417 OBP.
When big players like Wright and Ike go down, this team has shown its true colors with other players stepping up and carrying some of the load.
The pitching staff has been pretty damn near perfect and now R.A. Dickey finally has his second win with a quality outing.
The important thing now is to take at least two out of three from the Yankees.
Let's Go Mets!
